CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICY To respect my time and the time of other clients, please read and understand the following policies before booking. DEPOSIT A deposit is required for every appointment to secure your spot. * Your deposit goes toward your final appointment total. * Your appointment is not considered booked until the deposit has been received. * Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy. CANCELLATIONS I understand that things happen, and I appreciate as much notice as possible. * 48+ HOURS NOTICE: You may cancel or reschedule without a cancellation fee. Your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment. * 24 HOURS NOTICE: A cancellation fee will be charged. The amount will depend on the service booked. * SAME-DAY CANCELLATION: You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. * NO-SHOW: You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total and a new deposit will be required before booking another appointment. RESCHEDULING Rescheduling with appropriate notice is completely okay. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may require a new deposit to secure future appointments. LATE ARRIVALS Please message me as soon as possible if you are running late. * Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in a late fee or cancellation of your appointment, depending on the service and remaining appointment time. * If your appointment must be cancelled due to lateness, the applicable cancellation fee will still apply. * A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. Please understand that arriving late may mean there is not enough time to complete your full service. I will always do my best to accommodate you when possible, but I cannot guarantee the original service if you arrive late. APPOINTMENT CHANGES Please make sure you are booking the correct service and allowing enough time for your appointment. If you need to make a significant change to your service, please contact me before your appointment. IMPORTANT By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to these policies.
